Phallometric Testing

Phallometric Testing (also known as Penile Plethysmography or PPG) is an objective measure of sexual arousal and is often used in the assessment and treatment of individuals charged with sexual offences.

Phallometric Assessment can be arranged as part of a Forensic Psychological Assessment.  Our Toronto office includes a private laboratory where Phallometric Testing can be conducted utilizing circumferential transducer technology.

During a Phallometric Assessment, the client is seated in a private room and is presented with various sexual and nonsexual stimuli.  The plethysmograph records changes in penile circumference.  The phallometric testing data is then analyzed and integrated with the results of a clinical interview and psychological testing.

Our Toronto phallometric laboratory can accommodate time-sensitive referrals.
