Adult Psychotherapy

Individual Psychotherapy Adult psychotherapy consists of a Cognitive-behavioural  orientation around the treatment of various mental health issues and stressors.  Sessions are typically one to 1 ½ hours in length, with a variable frequency of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on the nature of the issues to be addressed.  Consultations are also available.

Family Psychotherapy addresses relationship difficulties and communication skills, pre-marital counseling, blended families, infidelity, attachment/bonding issues, parent/child conflict and adoption issues.
